Cancellations and Refunds Policy

Refunds will only be issued before the start of the course. Once the course has begun, no refunds will be provided for missed classes or early withdrawals.

Tutor cancellations: In the rare case that a session is cancelled by the tutor, an alternative date will be arranged, or the session will be added to the end of the course.

Missed classes: If a student is unable to attend a class during the 8-week GCSE Arabic course, they will be given access to the session recording to catch up in their own time.
